  • Delivery and shipping
      1. When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
        Once an order is placed, please allow 48 hours for processing.
        All shipment will first be en route to our distribution center, where it will be sorted and dispatched to individual addresses. We will email you with tracking information when the order ships.


      2. What can I do if I did not receive my package?
        Do follow up on tracking details if delivery has been confirmed. Alternatively, email us at info@joyous-minds.com for further assistance.

      3. Why did I not receive an order/tracking confirmation email?
        The email could have ended up in your inbox/ spam folder. Alternatively, email us at  info@joyous-minds.com for further assistance.

      4. What countries do you ship to?
        Currently, we are only shipping within the UK, and we hope to ship to other markets in time to come.

      5. How long will the order take to arrive? 
        Currently, we do not have a local warehouse so products will be shipped from overseas. It could take between 5 - 30 days. We understand that is not ideal, and we're working on making this more efficient.
